Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. A message sent to us includes the information you choose to provide, which is used to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the service and learn which material visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where they apply.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content updates. We neither sell a visitor list nor create personal profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, Salt Lake County and Utah offices, archive collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. The same is true for sponsored results, which an outside company provides.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics and advertising services may receive the automatic data listed above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it; visitor data is not otherwise shared.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or user profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, grants rights for covered controllers, subject to its thresholds and exemptions. Those rights can include access, deletion of data a consumer provided, portability, and an opt-out from covered targeted advertising or sale. We can review our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Government records held by Millcreek, Salt Lake County, or Utah offices are outside our control; correction or access questions about them go to the custodian.
